私たちは、技術者が主役の時代に、現場と投資、実装と成果、短期と長期を地続きで繋げることに挑戦しています。プロダクト／SES／IT支援、そして戦略的な法人資産運用まで。
SOLUXは、個の力をレバレッジし、新しい近未来的な「仕組み」や「価値」を創り出します。
また、生成AI・大規模言語モデル（LLM）の徹底活用により、社会全体が直面する人手不足・属人化の課題に対して、自律的に機能する仕組みを提供することも、私たちの使命の一つです。
従来のチャットボットが定型応答に留まっていたのに対し、LLMは文脈理解・言語生成・思考補助の領域において、高度な知的作業を支援できる段階に到達しつつあります。それは、単なる自動化ではなく、知的労働の再設計と、人とAIが共創する社会への橋渡しでもあります。
私たちは、LLMは決して人の仕事を奪う存在ではなく、人の判断・行動・創造を支えるコンシェルジュのような存在であるべきだと考えています。人に代わるのではなく、人の隣で共に働き、知識や思考の補助線となるようなAIとの関係性を築くこと──それが、これからのテクノロジーとの付き合い方だと信じています。
そして私たちは、従来の都市集約型モデルに依存しない、新しい人材活用の形にも挑んでいます。

We also see it as our mission to address structural labor shortages and task centralization by fully leveraging large language models (LLMs). Rather than merely automating tasks, we aim to build autonomous systems that function independently and effectively in real-world business environments.
LLMs have gone far beyond rule-based chatbots. With advanced contextual understanding, language generation, and cognitive support, they now have the potential to assist with high-level knowledge work. This is not just automation—it is a redesign of intellectual labor and a bridge to a future where people and AI collaborate to create value.
We believe that LLMs are not meant to replace human work, but rather to act as cognitive companions that support human judgment, action, and creativity. They work alongside us, helping to extend our thinking, improve our decision-making, and augment what individuals can achieve.
At the same time, we are working to break away from the traditional, city-centric workforce model. By leveraging AI and IT infrastructure, we aim to uncover and empower skilled professionals—regardless of location—whether they are based in rural areas, working remotely, or operating independently. Not a world of centralization, but a world built on distributed intelligence—that is the kind of technology-driven future we believe Japan truly needs.
